Simple and quick to prepare, our chocolate mousse requires only one ingredient: fresh cream, to be whipped with the help of an electric whisk.
For 6 people you need:
  • 250ml fresh cream
  • 3 generous spoonfuls of Chocolate Mousse mix
Pour the cream into a container, add the Chocolate Mousse mix, whip with an electric whisk at high speed for about 4 or 5 minutes.
Pour into individual containers or in a single container and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes.
If you want a semifreddo you can put it in the freezer for about 3 or 4 hours.
