Typical of South Tyrol, this dessert is a pleasant contrast between warm berries and vanilla or yoghurt ice cream. Frozen berries are excellent and you can thaw them and put them in a pan very quickly with a spoonful of sugar, over high heat, being careful not to overcook so as not to alter the pleasant and crunchy texture of the fruit.
