White Tea with Orchids and Rose Petals

50g Originally from China, obtained from the buds or first leaves, before they fully open. Once harvested, rigorously by hand, they are dried in the sun. This manual process and the fact that only the first shoots of the plant are harvested make white tea the most valuable variety. It is in fact called "Emperor's tea". The name "white tea" derives from the very light whitish fluff that covers the buds, even before flowering. The color of the drink is actually not white but light yellow, with shades depending on the variety. The orchid fragrance enriches the precious white tea leaves present in this blend with a refined scent. Ingredients: China Pai Mu Tan tea (94%), green tea, rose petals, flavorings (3%). Double aroma-saving cap Preparation: Non-calcareous water is recommended so as not to alter its flavour. Heated to 70°C (as soon as it reaches the boil), poured into a previously heated teapot. The leaves (1 teaspoon per cup + 1 for the teapot) are poured into the teapot and left to infuse with the lid closed for about 3 minutes and served.
