200g Gluten-free Making ice cream at home has never been so simple! With just a few ingredients and the help of an electric whisk, you can prepare a delicious yogurt ice cream. Instructions: For 8 Servings: Pour 100g of product into a container, add 125ml of fresh cream and 100ml of yoghurt. Emulsify with the aid of an electric whisk for about 5 minutes, or until it reaches a well-whipped and homogeneous consistency. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Remove from the freezer a few minutes before serving. The product must be kept in the freezer and consumed within 48 hours.
