Pistachio gives notes of toasted nuts and almost imperceptible flavor to this chocolate to be tasted velvety and dense or fluid and delicate.
Instructions: For a cup: Mix 30g of product in a saucepan with 90/120g of milk (cow's or soy), slowly bring to the boil, stirring constantly until the desired density is reached. Ingredients: sugar, cocoa powder 22/24, corn starch, pistachio grains (6%), thickener: guar gum, salt, flavouring.
