Cocoa for classic hot chocolate 200g

Ingredients: Sugar, 26% cocoa powder 22/24, corn starch, vanillin
INGREDIENTS: sugar, 22/24 cocoa powder 26%, starch corn, vanillin.
Instructions: single cup Dose: strain 30g of product into a pot with 100/120g of milk, slowly bring to a boil until desired density is reached. Serving for chocolate maker: soak 300g of product in a liter of milk, pour into the chocolate maker and cook at 90°C for 30 minutes. It is also possible to prepare chocolate with lactose-free milk or with vegetable milk, to meet the needs of vegan or lactose-free nutrition.
INSTRUCTIONS: for one cup: dissolve 30g of the product in a pot with 100 / 120g of milk. Boil slowly until the desired density is reached. For chocolate machine: dissolve 300g of the product in a bowl with 1L of milk and stir well. For the mixed liquid in the chocolate machine and cook at 90°C for 30minutes. It's possible to prepare the drink with lactose-free milk or vegetable milk, in order to meet the need for lactose-free or vegan nutrition.
