Profiteroles with ice cream and hot chocolate sauce
Ingredients for 30 small puffs:
- 1 glass of water
- 100 g of butter
- 200 g of 00 flour
- 5 whole eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of sugar
Melt the buro in a saucepan with the water, salt and sugar, until it reaches a boil, stirring constantly.
Add the fairy while stirring vigorously with a wooden spoon.
It will thicken quickly. Cool the dough by transferring it to another container and once cooled add the eggs, one at a time, making sure that each egg is well mixed with the dough before proceeding.
Shape the puffs using a piping bag and cook for about 20 minutes in the oven at 200 °.
Once ready and cooled you can cut in half and stuff with vanilla ice cream.
For the chocolate sauce, just melt a bar of dark chocolate with milk in a water bath or in the microwave. The proportion is 1/2 glass of milk for each 100g bar.
