Prepare the ice cream following the instructions on the label, pour it and put it in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
In the meantime, let's prepare the strawberry coulis.
Ingredients for 6 or 8 servings:
- 600g of strawberries well washed and cut into pieces
- 3 soup spoons of sugar
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Method:
Cook the strawberries with the sugar and lemon in a saucepan over high heat for about 15 minutes. It will thicken quickly. Blend with an immersion blender until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Take to the refrigerator.
The strawberry coulis should be placed on the plate with the help of a spoon, distributing it well. Below the slice of meringue and diced strawberries for garnish.
