• 3 medium eggs
  • 500ml of milk
  • 250g of 00 flour
  • Enough butter to grease a non-stick pan


Pour the milk and eggs into the blender glass, adding the flour last by sieving it.

I operate the blender and leave it for a couple of minutes for all the ingredients to mix.

In the meantime, heat the non-stick pan and add a knob of butter which I sprinkle, withdrawing the excess.

I turn off the blender and pour the mixture with a ladle, in the center of the pan. By moving the pan, I form the characteristic round shape of the crèpe. I let it cook for a minute, turn with the help of a spatula and let the other side cook as well.

Once cooked, I fill it with the chocolate and hazelnut spreadable cream, then add the red fruits.
