Easy to prepare and suitable for all ages, this magical drink finds everyone's approval and with the right mix you can satisfy even those who suffer from particular allergies. In fact, our chocolate is gluten-free and can also be prepared with soy milk.

Just a little milk and a few tablespoons of cocoa 22/24 with the addition of corn starch and very little sugar, and you're done. Tradition would require whipped cream for the sweet tooth but my advice is to taste it with the addition of fresh fruit, such as raspberries. If you have guests the "WoW!" Effect is insured.

 

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 CUPS:

  • 2 cups of fresh whole milk
  • 6 teaspoons of mixture for classic chocolate
  • fresh raspberries or strawberries at your discretion

PREPARATION:
Dilute the cocoa in fresh milk in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.
Proceed for at least 6 or 8 minutes starting from boiling in order to thicken the preparation.

  • 6 teaspoons of chocolate powder
  • raspberries or fresh strawberries

preparation:

In a pan, dissolve the cocoa mixture in the milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly in order to avoid the formation of any lumps. Proceed for 6 to 8 minutes from boiling point, in order for the mixture to thicken.
