"Brigadeiros" are Brazilian truffles made from condensed milk and chocolate. Simple to do but require attention during cooking, which must be done in a non-stick pan with a thick bottom.

This dessert has a terrible defect: it is worshiped. It is difficult to refrain and I therefore recommend you to prepare many, in order to avoid seeing real feuds for the last morsel!

  • 1 can of condensed milk - about 400 g
  • 100 g of white chocolate cut into small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • Freeze-dried wild strawberries
  • 1 cup (coffee) of brown sugar

The condensed milk with the pieces of chocolate and the nut of butter is brought to the boil, stirring constantly with a spoon the plastic so that it does not stick and lumps do not form.
The mixture will cook for about 10 minutes on a low heat but firm enough to maintain the temperature and constant boiling.
The result will be a dense, bright and full-bodied compound. It will be ready when you notice that the mixture detaches easily from the pot.
Transferred to a glass container it should be left to cool for at least 4 hours, even better if left in the refrigerator in order to thicken well.
Once the mixture is rested, with the help of a teaspoon we take a sufficient amount to form truffles, rolling in the wild strawberries previously blended in a small mixer with a handful of brown sugar.
