Easy to make and without frills, to be savored in these afternoons of absolute laziness, together with a cup of steaming hot chocolate.

The recipe for the biscuits:

Ingredients

100g of butter

80g of sugar

2 egg yolks

150g of 00 flour

Zest of 1/4 of a lemon and 1/4 of an untreated orange, grated a pinch of salt (about 2g)

Procedure: Work the butter (at room temperature) with the sugar and the grated lemon and orange peel, until well blended.

Add the 2 egg yolks and mix well. Lastly add the flour and work well, in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Wrap in cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for about half an hour. The fresh dough will be easier to work with. Roll out the dough and cut into the desired shape, transferring to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cook for about 10 minutes in a static oven at 180°
